QualitySeal Polyester Ring Panel and Link Filters

"Quality Seal" Ring Panel filters are constructed of two layers of polyester material heat sealed around an internal wire grid support. The graduated density and tackification of media combines high dust retention with good efficiency. The internal wire support is heavy gauge steel to withstand high air velocity. Polyester overlap around the support wire offers a self supporting positive seal to eliminate bypass. "Quality Seal" Link filters are a connected series of ring panel filters, preventing bypass between filters.

We offer an array of "Quality Seal" polyester medias, each with a unique blend of fibers, binders, and tackifiers to meet a broad range of HVAC and paint filtration needs. Available in pre-cut pads and slit rolls, or in master rolls, "Quality Seal" polyester medias are an economical choice.

"Quality Seal" Cube Filters offer up to five times the filter area of a flat panel filter of the same face dimensions. This means longer service life and less maintenance time. Polyester overlap around the support wire offers a self supporting positive seal to eliminate bypass. "Quality Seal" cube filters are offered in many types of polyester media for use in particulate and paint overspray collection.
