The US Green Building Council lists three major categories of impact to human and environmental health in their LEED standards: Energy Efficiency, Indoor Air Quality and Landfill Impact. Quality Filters’ “GreenQuality” products were developed with these environmentally sustainable attributes in mind. “GreenQuality” products offer high efficiency, low pressure drop and long service life at a value price.

GQP Pleated Filters

Our GQP pleated filter lineup offers MERV 13 efficiency, the LEED required minimum level, in a low cost configuration that requires no retrofitting. MERV 13 supports healthy indoor air for the benefit of occupants.

Our Quality Flow rigid cell lineup offers MERV 13 and 14 with class leading low pressure drop and long service life. Longer service life reduces product cost over time and is landfilled less often. Lower pressure drop reduces energy costs and also reduces carbon dioxide emissions. A 4 inch deep Quality Flow can replace a traditional 12” deep cell filter at a great savings in product cost, energy consumption, transportation costs, labor cost and landfill impact.

Qur DQP pleated filter lineup offers up to 50% more media than standard pleated filters resulting in lower pressure drop and longer service life. Longer service life reduces product cost over time and is landfilled less often. Lower pressure drop reduces energy costs and also reduces carbon dioxide emissions. DQP filters are MERV 8. MQP MERV 11 filters are also available.

The XCEL panel offers MERV 6 efficiency with a low pressure drop in a compact all plastic construction. Shipping and storage costs are less than traditional filters and the all plastic construction allows recycling or incineration.

The Return Air Grille has four times the media surface are of a comparable 1” pleated filter. Therefore, the “RAG” filter will last much longer and save considerable energy. The “header” or “flange” on the “RAG” filter installs in the space where a traditional 1” filter fits in a return air grille with no retrofitting required.
